Crack-Filling Application Overview

Before applying Krak Attack, obtain the manufacturer’s crack-cleaning and surface-preparation instructions, including the required moisture condition before placing the powder.

1. Distribute the powder. Place Krak Attack along the crack and spread it evenly with a chip brush.
2. Dampen with cool water. Spray the powder with cool water to activate it.
3. Wait five minutes. Let the material activate before working it into the crack.
4. Press into the crack. Use a damp—not wet—cellulose sponge to press the material evenly into the crack.
5. Wipe away excess. Gently remove residue from the crack edges and surrounding concrete. Avoid pressing hard while wiping.

Drying & Sealing

Decorative Accent Use

Krak Attack can add shading to raised details on stamped or carved concrete before applying surface color.

Mix 3–4 fl oz of cool, clean, potable water per dry measuring cup of powder for 3–5 minutes. This mixture should be more fluid than the crack-filling mixture.

Lightly dip a cellulose sponge into the mixture and scrape off the excess. Gently drag it across selected high spots, tips, and edges, leaving a light haze. Do not press the sponge into the surface.

Do not spray the mixture or coat the entire surface. Allow it to dry before applying topical colors or antiquing products, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

No. This Krak Attack product is a water-activated cementitious powder in a 2 lb bottle. It is a different formulation from the two-part repair system. Use the technical sheet and application instructions for the powder product.

Will the gray filler match my existing concrete?
