Cleaner Boss™ is a detergent-based, general-purpose cleaner formulated for concrete and a range of indoor and outdoor surfaces. It helps remove dirt, mildew, grime, and other common contaminants that accumulate through regular use and environmental exposure.
The concentrated formula can be used at full strength for heavy soils or diluted for light-duty cleaning. Cleaner Boss™ can be applied to concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios, bricks, pavers, garage and warehouse floors, along with surfaces coated with sealer, epoxy, urethane, or wax. It is also suitable for compatible materials including siding, marble, granite, and tile.
For larger cleaning projects, Cleaner Boss™ can be used with mechanical scrubbing machines and other cleaning equipment.

Cleaner Boss™ can be used at different concentrations depending on the cleaning application and level of soil. Follow the manufacturer-recommended guidance below:

How to Use Cleaner Boss™ on Outdoor Surfaces
Follow these steps when using Cleaner Boss™ for outdoor cleaning:
1. Clear the Surface
Sweep or use a leaf blower to remove loose trash and debris from the area.
2. Shake Well
Shake well before use to distribute the ingredients evenly.
3. Dilute as Needed
For light to medium soils, dilute up to 1 part Cleaner Boss™ to 4 parts water. For heavy soils, reduce the dilution rate or use the cleaner at full strength.
4. Apply the Cleaner
Thoroughly saturate the area with the prepared Cleaner Boss™ solution. For vertical surfaces, use a pump-up garden sprayer and apply from the bottom upward.
5. Allow 5–20 Minutes
Let the solution work for 5–20 minutes, depending on the level of soil.
6. Rinse the Surface
Remove the loosened soils using a high-pressure garden hose or power washer.
7. Scrub or Reapply if Needed
Heavier soils may require scrubbing or agitation. Stubborn stains may need an additional application.
Before cleaning the entire surface, test Cleaner Boss™ on a small, inconspicuous area of the same substrate to confirm the desired results.
Cleaning Sealed & Coated Floors
Cleaner Boss™ can be used for routine cleaning of concrete floors coated with sealer, epoxy, urethane, wax, and other compatible finishes.
For everyday mopping, mix 1 quart of Cleaner Boss™ with 5 gallons of hot water (20:1). Wet a mop, sponge, or cloth with the diluted solution and clean the surface as needed. Hot water increases the cleaner’s ability to cut through dirt, grime, and other soils.
For stubborn areas, Cleaner Boss™ can be used at full strength for spot cleaning. Rinse the cleaned area with water afterward.
